One of the most common breakages on a Guitar Hero drum kit is the cymbal cable. You know the story, you unscrew one of the cymbals, pull it off and forget there is a delicate cable in the bottom of it and... too late! If you are not sure if it is your cymbal or the cable that is broken have a look at these useful steps to finding out

Our replacement cymbal cables are made of much thicker wire, feature a larger plug head which is much stronger, and they are also longer so you can safely take the cymbal off and get to the cable, before you have broken it, we have yet to break one of these!

The fit is universal, meaning you do not need to choose a left or right hand side cable, one size really does fit all, and is compatible with all Guitar Hero drum kits (Sony Playstation 2 & PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii)

As with all our repair products these cables come with fitting instructions to guide you through the installation and it really couldn't be easier; using a small screwdriver take off the base of the drums (some use a small Phillips head and some use a torx T10 both of which can be found in our Amazon powered GHR shop), unplug the old cable, plug the new one in and your done in 10 minutes.

• Will this fit my drumkit?

These cables will fit either the left or right cymbals on the Guitar Hero World Tour drum kit

• Is this kit compatible with the Band Hero drum kit?

No

• Do I get instructions with my order?

Yes you will receive instructions via email showing the fitting procedure in great detail.

• Do I need any special skills to fit this item?

No, if you can operate a screwdriver you will be fine to fit these!

• What tools will I need?

The only tool you will need is a screwdriver (either Phillips + or a Torx T10 both of which are very common sizes). The other items you may find handy are a small pair of pliers and some sticky tape for securing the cables inside the drums.
