Crossfader getting stuck

Hello everyone new to the site couldn't find anything about having issues with the crossfader getting stuck? I have been playing the game for more then 2 months, and now I have my crossfader getting stuck to the left side. I opened the crossfader to see if I could do anything to fix this issue, and I saw that the screw was unscrewed so I screwed it back but that didn't help. Anyone else having this issue?

Anyway, we have not heard of crossfaders getting stuck before, what exactly do you mean? Does it physically not move from side to side or can you move it but it does not register in the game, We are now selling replacement crossfaders which you can get from http://www.djherorepair.com. You can also see our video tutorial on how to fit them there too.

My crossfader can phisically move, but it only registers as fully to the right

Thanks for posting in the forums, you will need a replacement crossfader if yours is moving but not registering correctly.
