The cymbal elbows sit at the back of the drum kit and hole each of the cymbals, if you are a heavy handed drummer you may find you manage to hit the cymbals hard enough to break them.

These brackets are supplied with the original fitting screws and can be changed in seconds, restoring your drum kit to its original condition.

It seems that following worse than anticipated sales figures for Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock, combined with a general decline in the music game genre, Activision has announced it will be ending the Guitar Hero game franchise.

Does this mean you're no longer making Guitar Hero games? 

Over the past two years, we have seen rapid declines in the music genre, and unfortunately, based on current demand, we simply cannot continue to profitably make these games given the considerable licensing and manufacturing costs. 

Does this mean you're no longer selling Guitar Hero games? Will I still be able to buy one?
We will continue to sell and support our catalogue of Guitar Hero titles.

Are you still going to make new DLC for Guitar Hero?
We will release the previously announced DLC track and mix packs for February, but - unfortunately - we will not be able to release new DLC packs beyond what we already have.

Are you still going to sell DLC for the Guitar Hero games that are already out?
Yes, we will continue to sell and support the DLC track and mix packs that have already been released for Guitar Hero games.

Are you still going to support/provide customer service for Guitar Hero?

We will continue to maintain the online gameplay servers allowing our Guitar Hero fans to continue to connect and play online.

Will the hub (i.e. the entire GH website) be taken down?
The Guitar Hero hub will not be taken down. While we are not making any new games, we will continue sell and support our catalogue of Guitar Hero and DJ Hero titles including Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock and DJ Hero2, which were released last year.

The Wireless Drum Dongle for the Sony PS2 and PS3 is required to connect the drum controller to the console.

To use a wireless drum kit with the Sony PlayStation consoles you will need to plug this wireless dongle into the front of the console and sync the receiver and the drum kit by simultaneously pressing the button on the dongle along with the PS button on your drum controller. Please note this will work only with the official Activision Guitar Hero and Band Hero controllers not 3rd party models.
